This is the panda version of the bear card from this previous post for my twin niece.
I used:
Cardstock - white card blank, dark silver glitter, white, black
Paper - black & white freebie with magazine
Dies - Mama Elephant Favor Bag Accessory, hat and stitched frames from Ali Express
Other - googly eyes, number stickers
