I used:
Cardstock - 6" ivory pearl card blank, Stampin' Up Bermuda Bay, mint/seafoam pearl, snippets of ivory pearl and Bermuda Bay
Paper - Kaisercraft
Dies - no-name peacock, Whimsy Stamps Corner, Inspired By Stamping Fancy Label 3
Other - pearls, sentiment sticker
