Koala Christmas

My first Christmas card for the year, an Aussie Christmas with koala and baby sitting in a tree.  I don't have much nice green cardstock, so coloured up some white snippets with a Distress Marker. Also running low on red cardstock, so coloured the Santa hat with a red alcohol marker.

Cardstock - white card blank, white snippets, snippets of textured white, black, greys and kraft-like, tiny snippets of red and green
Paper - very old unknown freebie from magazine
Dies - Marianne Design koalas, Sizzix Tim Holtz Garden Greens, Cottage Cutz Jolly Santa (for hat and holly), unknown birch tree (for branch)
Embossing Folder - Kaisercraft Woodgrain
Tools - Sizzix Big Shot
Other - Sentiment sticker, Ranger Tim Holtz Bundled Sage Distress Marker, Bic Mark-it Rambunctious Red

Challenges:
Allsorts Week 488 - Trees/leaves
Cropstop October Link Party - use brand from store (Sizzix, Tim Holtz, Ranger)

Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

  1. Oh Jenny - what a brilliant card! I did giggle at the baby koala wearing a nappy :) Just perfect for an Australian Christmas! And so cleverly thought out and made - using lots of little snippets too.
