Oh Jenny, how clever! Such a fabulous idea - LOVE the filigree effect of the egg.
ReplyDeleteMany years ago as a child I was given a sugar egg, all lacy and when you peeked through the front there was a little fairytale scene inside. I never ate it - kept it until it went grey with age :)
I think you might have solved my Easter cards for this year - I love your design!

I'm late, I'm late, but finally got back for a visit. Saw your fab card as a lovely highlight over at the snippet playground, and well done! It is such a simple card, yet so very elegant with one of my fav S/B ovals. That rich pink textured paper is just pure gorgeous and then the added gauzey gingham perfectly tied in a bow Wow! Well done. I need to be making some Easter cards, and will definitely keep this one in mind. So very pretty. TFS & Hugs
