Thinking Of You

A vintage-style card with my favourite inking style at the moment using Distress inks over embossing.

I used:  Sizzix Tim Holtz Texture Fades Checkerboard embossing folder, LOTV Grunge Letter stamp, Ladybug Crafts Ink It's Only Words 3 sentiment stamp, Ranger Tim Holtz Dusty Concord Distress Ink, CC Designs butterfly die.

Challenges:
Lili's Little Fairies - No Flowers
Vintage Stamping Challenge 12 - Anything From Your Garden
Cuttlebug Mania - Back To Nature
Pixie's Crafty Snippets Playground Week 88 - scraps of cardstock and ribbon
Simon Monday Challenge - Stamping AllStars: Distress inks

Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

  5. Hi jenny

Wow, I love this card. Mauves and purples are fast becoming a favourite of mine - beautiful embossing with the distress inks. Plus snippets, including the lovely strip of lace.

  6. Jenny...your card is so pretty. Love all of the embossing you've done on this card. The added distress inking really does set off the embossing so well. Your little "Thinking of You" banner and the stamped script looks really good, too. Love the little added die cut butterflies! Thanks so much for sharing your card with us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. <3 Candy
