A vintage-style Anniversary card following the Bingo at Crafty Friends.
I used my new Prickley Pear butterfly stamp set and coordinating die I got in the mail today from Loves Rubberstamps, thanks Laura : )
I stamped the music sheet butterfly onto the patterned paper then again on a different paper and topped off with one of my "squashed bead cap flowers" and a button. I stamped and inked around the edge of the card with Stormy Sky Distress Ink which is a perfect match to the blue on the dp, although it looks a little grey in the pic.
I chose Flowers + Blue + Buttons |

Jenny...this card is so pretty. I really love the simplicity of your design. The dimensional butterfly with the buttons worked into the center of it for the body is such a cute and striking idea! I love the random script stamping on the background along with the very sweet flowers and fern leaf. Not too much stamping and not dark...just right! The way you've distressed the edges of your card also compliments the design so well.. Very pretty. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy
