Christmas In July Again

The second card for the Craft Mad forum swap.  This one has a blingy buckle that I've had in my stash but never used.

Supplies:  white card blank, red cardstock, dp from HOTP Forever Christmas Cards paper stack, grosgrain ribbon, buckle with rhinestones, Fundamentals foiled MC rub-on, ds tape.

Tools:  Fiskars border punch.
