Blue Bling

A simple birthday card that I spent such a long time on, but ended up just letting the design on the paper dictate what got added (and taken off).  All that remains is one flower plus a sentiment.  I have a few of the  sequin blings in several colours and sizes but this is the first time to use any . . . . . . Supplies:  white and blue cardstock, computer printed 3D decoupage image from CraftsUPrint, black grosgrain ribbon, hb rub-on, silver brads, foam pads, ds tape.

Tool:  Big Shot, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder, Spellbinders Double Ended Tag die, scissors, hole piercer.
