Vintage Santa

A Christmas card in the same style as this one, the twine coming from a sample pack I won as a challenge prize a few months ago.  I forgot I had it until I cleaned out and re-organised my ribbon drawer : )  The paper and charm are from a freebie pack that came with a papercrafting magazine and the Merry Christmas stamp (from Hot Off The Press) is another freebie from a different magazine.

It's A Boy

A baby card using a Lily Of The Valley die-cut topper that I've cut down to fit on a die-cut mat.
This was very difficult to photograph at night, the blue background appears much darker than IRL and the silver on the edge of the ribbon doesn't show up that well either. . . . I may need to re-instate my lightbox for night time pics.

Butterfly Thank You

A card using some new goodies I got at a craft show on the weekend, I'm actually using stuff straight away and not just storing it for future use (or storing and forgetting I've even got it).  I love the paper, from Sweet Nothings pad from Kaisercraft.  I also splurged and bought more Spellbinder dies, the lacy label is a buckle from the Ribbon Buckles set.

Christmas Flowers

I have embossed a few pieces of gold paper in different folders so decided to use them for Christmas cards. It's difficult to get the correct colour in the photo without distorting the other colours, even with my light box . . . . . maybe a bit of natural sunlight could help.
