Celebration Cupcake

A birthday cupcake card with spotty background paper for Charisma Cardz and a celebration theme for The Paper Shelter.

I won a pile of digi-stamps from Southern Girls last week, the sponsor being The Paper Shelter who are having their 1 year celebration this fortnight with a challenge plus a blog hop.

I love the Paper Shelter images as they come coloured as well as the usual black outline.  I don't do colouring with markers etc as I don't think I need another vice just yet.......maybe in the future though :)
